Leonard Snart is a scientist and the current CEO of Thawne Industries, since the previous CEO, Edward Thawne, became a super-powered mutant and ran off, never to be seen again. Leonard's main weapon is a freeze ray gun he created, and he has a deep hatred for Barry Allen, a.k.a. the Flash.
